Chris was helpful, knowledgeable and funny. He made sure that I got the best plan for my daughter and I that would be the most economical. Alexa helped my whole family replace their phones this week and couldn’t have been better. She ended up saving my family $3250 by letting us know about the phone trade incentive that was going on. While my family was thinking about which phones to get after leaving the store, she went out of her way to call us 2 hrs prior to her closing time to let us know that she had just found out the incentive would end that night. She then stayed late to insure the new phones were set up properly. She was very nice and a pleasure to work with!

the employees are not treated very well and they lost my phones i traded in never got the trade in i better get my galaxy note 9 and note 8 back

The workers that have been there the 3 different times I've tried to talk to someone about issues with my phone and service, seem to be very knowledgeable about devices and the service options, based on what I've overheard from customers in front of me. The problem is there's just not enough help. One person isn't enough. Then on the larger Verizon store on the north side, they have 3 workers, but decided to cut the hours so they close at five. Since most work until at least 5:00, that doesn't help much. So you have to go the south side that's open till seven, but with only one rep. Get the guy some help.
