The pharmacy in Marshfield does not believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was next in line for a prescription pickup and they shut it down for lunch. I was the only one left in line and 4 people were working. Have you ever heard of staggered breaks.

Very friendly, quick service. Ordering online was a breeze. So glad they have this option available, as I remember having to load pictures on a disk or drive to get them printed. Now I just select from my phone and pick up. Love the sales they have too. Perfect for family events and projects.

Nice enough people. Had everything you would want for a local Walgreens, except the working photo area. Wanting to leave my family.member with some memories, I stopped by to do some quick printing. Received a confirm at the store that the job was in process. Unfortunately, Walgreens failed to print. No notifications, and pictures were never printed. I would have gone somewhere else. Failed to leave my family member with this memory.

I received two emails confirming my prescription was ready to pick up. I went in the day after it was ready just to find out it was never filled. I'm not calling every time just to wait on hold forever just to check if it is actually filled or not. Nor do I have the time to sit 20+ mins. for it to be filled. I'll be calling a different pharmacy tomorrow to get switched over.

Upon a recent visit to refill my uncles prescription, I witnessed an elderly gentleman receiving his pills from the pharmacist that clearly had a language barrier. And proceeded to scold the old man for not wearing a mask, the old man could barely understand what was being demanded of him because she wasn’t speaking clear English. We scheduled out flu vaccines and arrived prior To scheduled time. An hour after scheduled appointment we still haven't received our vaccinations. Would suggest an alternate place to get your vaccine

I loved the shopko pharmacy. I've had three prescriptions filled at Walgreens now and each time it's been one of the most frustrating experiences of my lifetime. My husband said I should give them a chance. I did. I'm done. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

waited in line over 24 min . Whenit was my turn and my meds weren't even ready!!!! seriously need better service and better customer relations. staff is never friendly in drive thru or inside at pharmacy.
