This pharmacy has always been horrible in general like every other walgreens. There is a new pharmacist though, unsure of her name. She is the worst ive dealt with. She is rude and does not care whatsoever. Usualy the pharmacists are actualy pretty decent, but this lady is terrible...

Most unprofessional staff in the pharmacy. Being hung up on or placed on hold just for them to hang up again. Even my doctors office and insurance company have experienced the same treatment. It's a shame that the company has gone down the drain like this as they have been a part of our family for many years. Calling corporate is like talking to a brick wall like talking to the pharmacy manager.

DONT USE THIS PHARMACY. The staff will make you wait forever as they chat with each other. The store part is fine and staff there is very friendly and helpfully.

We have a very clean, well maintained and always staffed Walgreens. I do not mind stopping in for Rx or for quick items I may need. They always have a good sale going on, as well as coupons on the app.

Here we were in 2025 and this place os STILL WORTHLESS!! I HAD A SCRIPT SENT IN AND THEY SAID IT WASN'T THERE BUT IT WAS THERE THE ENTIRE TIME I WENT THERE, STOOD IN LINE FOR 20 MINUTES, THEY RUSHED ME OUT WITHOUT FINDING MY SCRIPT, I CALLED MY DR, THEY SAID THEY SENT IT IN AND CALLED WALGREENS, AGAIN, SCRIPT WAS THERE THE WHOLE TIME!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!
Can't stand Walgreens. Hate the stupid automated answering and I'm not going to waste my phone space on the app. I'm Constantly waiting 5 days or more for meds. Not happy! I call every other day (because I'm told it will be ready) and meds that I need for migraines are never ready!! I'm told they WILL be in from manufacturer and it takes 3 tries (1wk or more) for it to come true! I NEED these meds and I CONSTANTLY am getting the run around! You'd think since I'm apparently the only one getting these meds that they would have more than 6 pills a month!! Outrageous!!
Months later... They seem to have gotten their crap together until I try to get a refill on prescription that do not have refills and they tell me that they have faxed my doctor multiple times when in fact my doctor never received anything. I called doctors and pharmacists back and forth for a week! I'm going somewhere else!

Placed an order to refill a prescription about 8 am. it was done at 10 am. When I picked it up, in the drive thru, technician and pharmacist were very friendly and professional.

After more than a year of dealing with issue after issue at the pharmacy I switched myself and 2 kids to another pharmacy. However my husband still goes to Walgreens. I called about his prescriptions and was told it’d be ready by 4. Showed up after 4 and was told 15 minutes, waited 25 and was then told 15 minutes again. They need to figured out wait times and quit texting prescriptions are ready when they haven’t even started them. Such a disappointing experience. Especially since the lady ahead of me had been waiting over 50 minutes since they told her it’d be ready and then they told her 15 minutes yet again.

Every time we come through whoever is working at the pharmacy is rude. I called yesterday for a refill on my anxiety med and it said it would be ready by 10:00 am today, well tonight they wouldn’t give us the prescription and the lady said she needed more than 2 minutes to fill a prescription even though I called yesterday for it. The last 3 times have been nothing but bad experience from them. Thinking about switching pharmacies.

I had my prescriptions moved from Walmart to this Walgreens location because of the drive-through. However, their service is deplorable. Each month I have to call them several times about filling my prescription timely. Walgreens is not interested in your business, and I plan to move my prescription orders back to Walmart.

This is the WORST walgreens pharmacy location I've dealt with across 2 states, & it has been for years. I've never had a prescription filled on time. I just stood in a line extending far into the store aisles b/c now their drive through is down. I audibly heard I'll people behind me complaining about being unable to physically stand that long. And of course, the med is not ready.Again, this is over years, not one bad experience. I've driven 30 miles out of my way to avoid this walgreens & have prescriptions filled at other walgreens locations.Unfortunately for us in Marshfield, there aren't a lot of options & I guess walgreens wants to take advantage of that over being more professional.

If i could give this location 0 stars i would! Called yesterday, my insurance wasn’t going through, until i called, then it was on my prescription, told me it would be a hour and a half for my prescription to be ready. So i decided to Just go today at open, took 6 minutes after open for them to start helping, took me 25 minutes to get it, since it still wasn’t ready!!! 20 pills put into a container took almost a full day! Pathetic! The attitude of the workers is laughable as well!
