Reservation and whole process was simple. Price was right and storage space was neat and clean upon arrival. Being this is my first time using a storage unit. I did have my doubts to the whole idea. But now I am very pleased with the decision to obtain a storage unit.

I wish I could express the gratitude to the manager at this storage facility. After being forced out of my home and trying to scramble to find a storage unit for my belongings, the manager, Ron, came to my rescue. Initially, I had difficulties with the answering services for KO, I didn't receive call backs in addition to a few other challenges. I happened to run into the manager at this location and he fixed all of my problems! Ron was able to bypass the communication issues and secure a space for me without having to jump through the hoops that had been presented initially. He literally saved my "behind" when I was in a rather desperate situation. I will be a long time customer for sure! Thank you Ron!

Was looking for storage and ran into Ron who I believe is the manager. Although the facility was full he was so kind in recommending other KO storage facilities. I couldn’t appreciate it more as I was at a loss and needed some guidance. Thank you for your time!
