Reel Brothers Harley-Davidson is an awesome place and a first class operation. Customers describe absolutely fantastic experiences with everyone, noting that all staff from sales to the shop are very helpful, friendly, really good people, and nice. The service department is called the best, hands down, with no contest. They provide excellent service, often going above and beyond, such as helping travelers in need early in the morning or making quick repairs to save a trip. The sales team is also excellent and very helpful, focused on helping customers get a bike whether new or used, and offering great knowledge. Many express immense enjoyment with their purchases and state they will definitely return, do business again, and purchase their next bike there. The atmosphere is great and the store often has specials, contributing to a very happy customer experience.

Awesome place! Best service department, no contest! I came in 7:30am from FL with a flat rear tire (11 plugs in one hole!.. long story but believe it!) I was greeted with a coffee, great conversation, and a new tire! Had me back on my way before they opened the store! Saved my trip. Definitely will return. Thanks
