Never in my life have I been talked down to like the lady working on 3/30. I knew William (the original founder). He would roll over in his grave if he knew that someone talked to a customer in the manner she did. She’s obviously projecting her inner personal misery. I am sorry you’re so miserable lady. I hope you find your tiller/cultivation of rental happiness ;) I’ll trek to Reedsburg if I need something from True Value moving forward.

Cashier was total snob allowing certain people to cut line alot of the hardware wasn't in stock and for what hardware they did have they didnt have any adequate bags out for had to ask for bags to be put out got handed a entire stack of paper bags to use and had to ask for a plastic bag when paid so the paper bag didnt rip as it was already with 4 lbs of hardware in the bag

Good selection, clean and well organized.. customer service needs improvement. The cashier was probably having a bad day but that's not a good reason to snub the next customer, who could shop elsewhere.

Surprisingly larger than they appear from the outside. Mauston True Value has a wide variety of power tools, hand tools, and materials for most of your weekend projects.
