Well I must say it was a far better experience than I have the other day when I had to call customer service for my internet I was on the phone for an hour and a half and got switched back and forth between five people so when I walked in to my local store I was not in a US Cellular mood but but had a pleasant experience getting to deal with a knowledgeable representative US Cellular which was Michael thanks Michael I appreciate your service

Mel took over and was able to get my new phone updated from my last phone that was ruined by water damage. She even backed everything up to Google and made sure my new phone will back up nightly.
