I want to start with the general appearance and state of the store. It is organized, clean, and has a pleasant smell. You know the one.
There is no overbearing lights or sounds. A chill atmosphere. Products are neatly stored and the owners are attentive, friendly, and very helpful.
The owner is always informative and honest with me. He also took great care to insure I was happy after an unfortunate incident with some bad 510 carts. I will continue to come here over anywhere else nearby simply because the prices, quality, and atmosphere are fantastic.
