The WORST pharmacy ever! NOBODY there knows what they're doing!I had a new prescription come through that needed a prior authorization, so I waited 4 days before calling to see if it was ready. They literally told me I need to call the pharmacy first to tell them to send the prior authorization to the doctor!! I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DO THIS!! So after 4 days of my prescription sitting there, they FINALLY sent the prior authorization on a thursday.. The following week I didnt hear anything ALL week saying my prescription was ready, so I call the following Thursday, as its been 6 business days, and I for sure get that prior authorization back within 5 business days... The lady I spoke to said nope we still haven't received it.. BULL!!! Another time i needed a prior authorization for a different med, the employee i spoke to said nope we cant find it, so i asked to speak to someone else and they said yeah they have it... So apparently these workers they hire have absolutely NO CLUE what they are doing!! So I guess I'll be waiting another week to get 1 prescription refilled! Having to wait over 2 weeks for a new prescription is insane! Im changing pharmacies next month for sure. This place is a joke.

This is the first review I've ever written in my life somehow it makes me feel better to write this worst Pharmacy ever never do they have your prescriptions filled on time even if you call and give them notice and your doctor specifically says that you need this medication on this date the people are rude and treat you terrible Walgreens needs to do something about this

I remember when going through the drive through could be a pleasant experience, not anymore. the staff are extremely rude and unfriendly. I was greeted with a hostile attitude and an overall unfriendly demeanor. that's was only after waiting 45 minutes for 2 cars to get through the drive though. I understand having a bad day, But this isn't just one day. I would rather drive to the dells with these gas prices then come here in town.

They told my insulin dependent fiancé to come back in an hour for his pen, but he had plans so I came to pick it up. Come to find out they decided to close early, so now a diabetic won’t get their insulin that they need. Great job.. 0/10

If I could give the pharmacy a minus number I would. I had to wait over 24 hours to get an antibiotic filled. I called 4 times. I really don't care you are understaffed. I worked through the pandemic at the hospital and we were understaffed all the time but had to make sure we cared for everyone. I will not be coming back if at all possible. I will pay triple the amount. Then I had to wait to pick up meds once they were ready. I will make sure everyone I see and talk to know what happened.

Getting a prescription filled/refilled here is ridiculous. Been waiting over a week now for a prescription to get refilled. Decided to cancel the order and will have the prescription sent somewhere else. The excuse of them being short staffed is getting really old. Can't be too bad if the workers at the drop off window can just sit there doing nothing instead of helping fill orders.

Half the time there phone is off the hook mall day and you can't reach them. I've had to wait a week for antibiotics and I got so sick and the prescription still wasn't ready. When I asked why she snapped and said she has a 1,000 prescriptions to fill. Hate this place

Good store with helpful staff. I go here to buy stuff, not for the pharmacy, so idk about the pharmacy part.

Not sure what changed, staff or system, but I was on hold for the pharmacy for almost an hour while at work. So I left work, drove there, went inside and was helped within 10minutes WHILE I was STILL on hold.

This pharmacy is ridiculous. It doesn't matter when you schedule your online pickup or if you have your doctor call it in - they will not have it ready when you arrive. I have been patient with the "staffing issues" but this is just bad business practice. They wait for your to show up for your script until they will attempt to fill it. Then you wait in line while they scramble around behind the counter for a half hour or more. This happens to each and every person in line - how efficient is this?! These people obviously do not feel good and Wal-greens is wasting their customers' time. This is a horrible way to show your customers that you care Walgreens. Poor practices. I will not be returning.
