Customer service is all any physical business has to separate themselves from each other and other online businesses. When customer service is lost, so is my business Keep up the great work! .

My husband and I had a wonderful reassuring experience with Horicon Bank on Sat Oct 9th. We had excellent service from Susie Key, Mayville Branch. We needed some emergency paperwork done. Susie was patient, kind, and very professional. We love our Home town Bank.
