Well they've officially taken away all social interaction now. So why bank with a local bank anymore? Might as well bank online, it's surely faster than standing in line behind 4 old people trying to figure out how to use the new machine. As they deposit 30 bills at a time. The phone on the machine is impossible to hold onto and still handle money and pushing buttons. Not sure why you even bothered to have a Teller on the other end? Just take away all human interaction, people don't need it. Do they?

I am so glad John is back at the Mayville location! Between him and Tracy in Mortgage Dept, is why I bank with Horicon Bank. Customer service is all any physical business has to separate themselves from each other and other online businesses. When customer service is lost, so is my business Keep up the great work! .

Today, 1/9/2022 I had a huge issue regarding my health ins. payment. The two women there went way above and beyond to help me rectify this issue. It was complicated but they were patient(I was not) and after phone calls and trying extremely hard they were able to solve the issue! They went way above and beyond what I expected them to. I can't remember their names but they were GREAT to work with! Many Thanks to both of them.

The branch manager at the Horicon Bank, Piggly Wiggly, Mayville ( I think her name was Susie) helped me with an issue of balancing my Sept statement. She went above and beyond and was able to find the unusual error.She was most friendly as well as the rest of her staff. You could tell she cares about her customers in helping with any need.

My husband and I had a wonderful reassuring experience with Horicon Bank on Sat Oct 9th. We had excellent service from Susie Key, Mayville Branch. We needed some emergency paperwork done. Susie was patient, kind, and very professional. We love our Home town Bank.

No drive thru, no 24 hour access. No bank specific parking so you may have to walk quite a distance just to get some money. I see alot of reviews posted 2 weeks ago about her "team", I'm not buying it. No reviews for 2 years then suddenly a bunch of new reviews all at the same time, written in very similar tone.It certainly isn't the service I've gotten in the last year or so.Horicon bank overall is good, this location, is the worst one they have.

The team in Mayville is always very friendly and knowledgeable. When ever I go to do my banking or just walk by I am always greeted with a smile, wave, and friendly getting. I love my Horicon Bank Branch in Mayville, they are AWESOME!

I opened a bank account with horicon bank in 2016. I've had very few problems but anytime I do Susie and her team are quik to help me figure it out. I love our little bank in Mayville. They are always friendly and fun to talk to.
