I love the guys who work in the afternoon, but the woman you have there in the morning has no business being in customer service as she is beyond rude every time I go in there. I guarantee your business has lost sales due to her as I have driven farther to more expensive gas stations just to avoid her.

So I bought 2 energy drinks today for $1.25 each. Total came to $2.64. Why would I only get 25 cents back. The guy with long ratty looking hair should have gave me 36 cents back. What a thief. Lost a customer!

The dude with long hair is a thief. He shorted me a dollar, and I figured it was a honest mistake. My next visit there he handed me my change with the bills folded in half (obviously trying to hide the fact that he had shorted me another dollar). I wont be back

Honestly shocked mark still works here. After reading all the complaints and experiencing myself how creepy he is yet shell still allows him to work here. Please if you are a female avoid this place at all cost. The stories I have heard of him following women, making creepy remarks to females. This is the business you wanna run? Where no female feels safe?

Most of these reviews are obviously fake. The higher star reviews seem to all mention one employee or bash another. Early morning I come in around 4:30 because the door was unlocked and lights were half on. I grab a soda and was met halfway at the door saying that the gas station was closed and sorry he couldn't help me so I left. Come in again on I see a taped note saying hiring but as you read it seemed to be very demeaning of past, present, and possible future employees. A few days after that I seen notes taped to the bathroom door, in the candy isle, on the exterior door, and up by the cash register. At least two of them made mention of other employees. I also noticed a $0.20 cent difference in price on two rolls of toilet paper, they looked the same to me and I would have thought they would've been the same price. When possible I usually go do the street. There are times I have no choice but to use shell when their was an incident in town and all the other major gas stations were closed. Anyhow I'm leaving a 3 star review because I feel some improvements would make this a much nicer pit stop.

Shell in Mayville is my go to for quick access to a variety of things. Great customer service and employees are very friendly. I would like to give a shout out to Mark for always being rite there and very helpful. No waiting to be checked out. He doesn't slack or goof around. Seems like he's always keeping himself busy every time I stop in. Great place to go if you wanted to be treated good and have a quick in-and-out experience.

Always fast and friendly. Has allot of products to choose from, and cheapest gas in town of Mayville. Staff always courteous, and professional. I deal with staff member named Mark quite often, and he is always informative and helpful, quite refreshing actually. This is my go to place in town, enjoy the quick chats with Mark, and all the help with lottery tickets he provides, very knowledgeable on so many things they sell.

Giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option! The guy who works here that wears “El Diablo” but is known as Mark makes me uncomfortable. He is too flirtatious, he keeps pushing for personal information and he keeps telling me other people’s information I don’t want or need to know.

So I normally don't leave reviews but basically last time I was here one of your employees named Mark was hitting on my little sister asking for her "Snapchat" and "phone number" and when my sister told him she wasn't interested and that she was only 15 he said "age is just a number" then proceeded to try to grab her and get closer but then I stopped him and me and my younger sister then proceeded to leave I'm never coming back to this shell as long as he works here this is unacceptable and HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED I do not want this creep grabbing anyone else's sibling/child

This place is doing much better now that they've started weeding out the employees that don't care.If you need anything or a special request, Mark or June will go out of their way to help you. The store and bathrooms are much cleaner now.It's great to see customers returning after so many avoided the hideous van being disrespectfully parked directly in front of the doors causing customers, especially the elderly ones... to have to walk further just to enter the store.If you read the other reviews here... you can tell that Liz lady isn't all there. To get fired from a job these days, you have to be pretty bad, employers need people.
