Armed with a list of my basic wants/needs/likes/dislikes including must haves and high standards, he found my perfect vehicle. I wanted to upgrade from a midsize suv to a truck, something more durable. I didn’t realize how much of that space I would be missing until I test drove the first one. He noticed how sad I was that I loved it but didn’t love the space aspect for my kids. He immediately knew the next thing I needed to drive. I didn’t even have to drive it to know it was my next purchase. Kayser is a dealership with an outstanding reputation with fair, competitive pricing and a trusted service department. The detail delivery clean they did for pick up day had it glowing clean for me. The financing aspect was also outstanding, which is not something you always hear kind words about for a dealership. They quickly locked in a great rate with my current lender, it was so simple, quick, and easy to understand. I have already recommended Chu at Kayser Chevrolet to others for a positive purchase experience. I look forward to having a local, trusted dealership to work with.”
“Very impressive. I pulled in with an engine misfire at 5 PM on a Friday while I was traveling for the weekend. I didn't expect them to be able to do much that late in the day, but Cody surprised me by not only diagnosing the issue, but making the needed repairs in only an hour of my arrival. Throughout the process, he was extremely polite, professional, and transparent with his diagnosis and repair plan. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in the area.”

Wow, we can't say enough great things about the wonderful owners, Kate and Dwight, and their son, Kyle, at Specialty Auto. My girlfriend and I had her disabled Volvo towed to their shop and they not only fixed the underlying issue, but also addressed some other issues that had been created by prior service shops. Pretty incredible to see these days!!!
Throughout the entire process, they were courteous to work with and truly wanted to make sure the repairs were done to our satisfaction and we were happy with the results. Prices were fair and their receipts clearly documented what they did and the parts used.
We will not hesitate to take our vehicles to them again, and I would highly recommend their services!”

“On 12/30/24, as we were traveling home from Wisconsin Dells, we came across 3 women who were trying to change out a flat tire on Highway 12, just outside of Prairie Du Sac. We tried to help them with an assistance of a kind neighbor, but could not get the tire loose from the center hub. We finally called Everett Towing, and Brian came out immediately and towed them to JDH Tire & Auto Center. Hopefully JDH will be able to repair their tire and get them back on the road. We are just trying to Pay it Forward for the Blessings we have!”
“We used these guys for an ag company I worked for to fix our company pickups. They are usually willing to take the time to listen and understand the problem and give advice on what to do even when its not clear that we are going to have them do the work on that specific issue. This always made my boss choose them first when the next need arises. A true blue tried and true WI company. Each employee seemed to have their specific set of expertise and seemed that they were all very knowledgeable and well suited to make this place a real special little shop and glad to have em I'm my neck of the woods. “I stopped in to inquire about new tires for my vintage camper and Coach came outside with me to take a closer look. Little did I know but he is also a camper and offered up some great suggestions & recommendations as to what I needed for tires, bearing check and how I could keep/maintain my vintage rims in which I absolutely love! Due to the age of my camper he needed to check into a few things and he called back the same day with pricing (which was a very fair & reasonable quote) and when I called to schedule the appointment he was extremely accommodating to my schedule. I am confident when Stella (my camper) hits the road this Spring/Summer she will be all set and serviced/maintained by one of the best locally owned shops in the area. The Owners/Operators George & Jennifer work their tails off and are customer focused and are involved/engaged in our community....Great service and I'd highly recommend.”

“I had a fender bender which is never fun to go through. Waited a bit, but Aaron is a busy man, with nobody else to answer the phone…. Things take time.
When the part was delivered, he did a fantastic job replacing the rear quarter panel on our Maverick truck.
His paint mixing and application matched perfectly, so no need to “blend in” with adjoining door or tailgate.
