I have been taking my car in here for 4 years now. Always received amazing customer service. I love the fact that I can easily schedule appointments online and their service reports provide transparency and trust. I never feel like they are trying to up sell me into unnecessary services. Highly recommend this place.

It was my first time here, unfortunately with a big ol nail in a tire. They were affordable, very friendly, and they explained everything I needed to know while also answering all of my questions with patience. Highly recommend!

I've had nothing but good experiences here. They are always very friendly and honest. The service is top notch. They provide a detailed report on your vehicle with pictures and descriptions. When dropping off a vehicle they always ask if you need a ride or a loaner car. It's easy to get to and the parking lot doesn't feel like a mess of cars waiting for service.

I highly recommend Tom's Auto Center. We took our foreign vehicle in there to get fixed and they did not make you feel that it was something that was going to be a challenge. They provided a very detailed and thorough diagnostic of the vehicle and the issues that needed to be addressed and fixed. The price and time was very competitive to where I normally take it.
The pick-up and drop-off process was super easy. The communication was top notch. Cody, our service manager, was very informative and knowledgeable about the repairs performed and the future repairs needed. Their product and part warranty is lifetime which is great. With all this said, I scheduled to have them fix another big ticket item.

I'd highly recommend Tom's Auto Center. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to fix my car in a timely manner. Cody and the team kept me updated throughout the entire process, with detailed breakdowns and pictures. And when I picked up my car, Cody was very thorough in his explanation of what was done and since my car is older, things to keep an eye on. Great communication! 5 Stars!

Took in my 2020 nissan altima in for an inspection to make sure everything is good, Larry is easy to talk too and was pretty quick with the responses too. Larry gave me a full report of my car all around they test batteries, check hoses and brakes basically everything to make sure your vehicle is running smoothly. I needed some CV axle joints replaced the quoted price was reasonable with labor and parts cost. Overall I had a great experience with them they are honest reliable people, would highly recommend checking them out for all your car service needs.

Cody and the team at Tom's Auto are professional, fair, and honest. They take the time to answer questions and never pressure or try to over sell a service. They give back to their customers by providing discounts regularly (and sometimes treats like Girl Scout cookies).
