I'm not sure if this guy was a manager or not but he was amazing they forgot to give me the receipt the night before you can tell the product wasn't used I opened the bag because I did have it tied cuz I thought she put the receipt in it he did not give me a hard time we took a picture of the UPC and he gave me my money back that I had a customer of mine stiff me on and then I want the service and I was stuck with a big bill that I had invested into him getting the work done so this manager or he might have been a regular employee this was on 10/21 around 4:15 pm

The girls were so helpful and nice. Let me take a few bolts to the parking lot to figure out what I needed on my bike and got me back on the road! Better then the local Harley shop! Thank you

My wife and I came into the store looking to buy a lawn mower with a BOGO deal. We had a bad experience at a different Ace, but when we called, Blake, Dylan and Richard reassured us and said they would do what they could to help us figure out the deal. Richard was outstanding, very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He helped us while also helping other customers, who he seemed to know everyone by name. When I need any hardware in the future, this will be my first stop!

I love this store, it's near my home, great for quick home projects and everyone I've met so far has been helpful and welcoming ? I know if I pop in for a few items or look for a lot I'm going to be taken care of .

This is going to be a weird random review, but it's such an interesting story, I figured I'd share it. 8 years ago, we were renting equipment every other week for my small business along with fixing up my house in town. We had an employee who only worked for me for a few months who ended up returning a bed edger with a broken belt. The rental manager and my old employee argued about it for some reason, so he banned me for life from renting there even though when I heard of this situation, I had offered to pay for the belt and labor to replace it. Mind you, I own 2 of these units now, and the belt breaking is common and easy to replace. It's crazy that the same person is working there and makes it a point not to rent to me 8 years later because some guy who worked for me was rude to him.
