Adam was quick to respond to the need for a tow to the dealership. He called when he was ten minutes away and quickly had the vehicle loaded up. He even delivered the keys in the after hours envelope for me for my appointment tomorrow!

Mike “Soup” was a huge help with towing my car to service. It’s never fun having to have your car towed to the shop, but Mike certainly did his best to make this otherwise crappy situation as enjoyable as it could be. Right on time, very helpful, careful and very personable.

I loved the capability to book online but had many scheduling issues after. I waited 3 hours past my scheduled time and offered to reschedule but then it was rescheduled for the incorrect time. Fortunately they were able to make it out the next day a few hours later than requested.

Very happy with University towing service! I had a very low slung corvette and they were patient and careful ! I'd surely use them again this was a good guy you have working for you!

“Soup” Gamble arrived from the AAA call I made just 20 minutes earlier. He made it look easy and you are glad he’s perfected the art of being able to open your door quickly so you can get on with your life and pretend like you never “locked” your keys insaide. “Soup” really protects your privacy. (He also won’t ask you for a tip) Your smile or a couple of dollars is the same to him, but he won’t turn down a tip!Service: Car lockouts

In a small town like McFarland one would hope to find a level of decency from the local business owners, especially those tied to the public services like police and EMT. These guys however are first class con artists with their hand in the police department. I'm guessing there's some form of kickbacks involved.I could go over the list of issues we had with these guys but there will be a small claims filed soon and I don't want to alert them to what they need to prepare for. If you're a person with options to choose another tow company, I would highly advise that. Sometimes, there's no choice but if you can call someone else I would. Even if it's going to cost extra.Service: Car towing
