I was having email problems with my iPhone purchased here and your in-store representative James was tremendous in getting it resolved I’m a way I never could have done.
My wife and I have purchased our iPhones at you McFarland store since our very first ones, and your representatives have helped us many times through issues along the way— they’re champs!

The insurance shipped me a replacement phone with minimal directions for set-up. I headed to my local store for assistance.Even though Haley was the only staffer and was busy assisting a couple, she acknowledged me immediately. She efficiently juggled helping both of us and quickly initiated the phone set-up and data transfer. Haley was friendly and knowledgeable. I was out the door in 30 minutes with clear instructions on what to expect and a friendly reminder to mail back my damaged phone.

I enjoy this store very much. But this is the second I have talked with this employee who was working Saturday August 9 and answered the phone at around 12:10 in the afternoon. I had asked about a girl that works there and she was helpful with trying to get mu US cellular phone to communicate with my Tahoe. She was verry helpful and was going to e mail me back. I called today to receive a update about this. This is the second time this person answered the phone. His rude and unhelpful comments on the phone were outrageous. He stated that this is a cell phone store and we do not go out of our way to help with this problems with a us cellular phone and a communication problem with a car. Funny how I have a us cellular phone and account for well over 30 years and he says we don't help in any way. He got very rude on the phone and even hung up on me. As said before this is the second time he has answered the phone and was verry rude and acted like he ownes this store. I usually like this store and even bought my first flat screen phone there. But if this person is showing what customer service is like at the McFarland us cellular store do not go there as this employee is giving the worst service and is the most rude person there.

Jamaine was awesome. I stopped in to get a new phone and he was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He showed me all the new phone features and did not pressure me to buy anything. Very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend working with him if you have the opportunity.

Marly was subbing in from the U.S Cellular store in Sauk City in McFarland when I stopped in for a new phone. She was very polite, personable & educated when I talked to her! She sat and talked to me throughout the process of setting my phone- she’s a very sweet person to talk to and very helpful! Definitely worth 5 stars 😊

I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and the last time I went in to pay my bill the tech forgot to put my payment in the system so the bill was never paid so my phones got turned off. I was left with a 170 reconnect fee.

I worked with Joe (who was in training) at the US Cellular in McFarland, and he was fabulous and so friendly! He helped me with setting up 2 tablets to have a direct line on them and just made it so easy. Honestly, the best experience I’ve had at a US Cellular. The rest of the staff were super friendly too, just overall a good vibe and experience. For being in training, he was super knowledgeable and seemed like he had been doing this for a while. Thank you, Joe!!
