Was sent out of line 5 times as they worked on getting my prescription correct. Each time I kept getting messages on my phone giving me updates, when my prescription was finally ready and correct, I was again sent to the back of a long line to wait another 30 minutes!!! Waisted an hour for something that should have been taken care of without leaving the line!!!!!!
One other time I had a prescription quantity changed without my know, which messed up my insurance.
Another time they couldn't fill a prescription for over a week due to their incompetence. I spelled it out to them and still got a run around leaving me without a needed medication for over a week.
All of these occasions I was looked at to be the person that made the mistakes, I didn't fill the prescription incorrectly multiple times.

Do not go to this location for prescriptions!!! They put a very much needed prescription through early And it was noted in my chart that they filled it. They claim they didn’t fill it, but yet it’s noted in my file that it was. I only had one refill left so now my doctor won’t approve another one. They claim it’s my fault and the doctor’s fault. But it’s 100% theirs. It’s not the first time I’m dealing with this either. They will not take responsibility, accountability, and did not apologize. How was this acceptable and how do they all still have jobs?! So now I’m out of my prescription that I need. Thank you for NOTHING, Walgreens, Definitely transferring to forward pharmacy in town. This location is pure garbage

I had a disappointing experience with this pharmacy today. A time-sensitive prescription was originally mentioned to be ready by noon but wasn't ready by then, or by the revised time of 4:45pm. Unfortunately, the pharmacy had already closed by the time I checked back later.

They just don’t have their act together. Had scheduled vaccine appointment and registered online. Waited over 25 minutes at counter while 4 techs tried to figure out how to process our Medicare insurance. Once they finally figured out they had to type in member number, we waited another 15 minutes to get our vaccine. We mentioned delay to pharmacist but she made excuses that it takes a long time to process insurance and then told us how busy she was, even said she was on conference call while giving us vaccine. No apologies at all, and seemed cold and had a chip on her shoulder. Won’t go back!

I have been shorted on multiple prescriptions in past visits, recently told multiple times that my prescription of Creon was delayed 5 days. Told to transfer it to a competitor for a partial then transfer it back for the rest. This was a lie because it cancels it?@? Had my surgeon re-send the prescription again only to have it delayed 4 times. Was readmitted to the hospital because of this. Found out from an honest source there, they were dragging their feet because they didn't want to fill it because no profit on it after insurance!! Worst experience (s) EVER with a pharmacy.

I have never seen a slower pharmacy. Just moved to Mcfarland so I figured I would give it a try. Expect to wait for 20-30 minutes for a prescription. It's insane.

Generally I have very good words to say about the Walgreens in McFarland. Just one experience with a cranky employee, but the rest have all been very helpful.

Pharmacy unorganized. Waited in line for my prescription that they called the same day saying it was ready, and somehow when I arrive it's gone! They are horrible with communication!

I went here on my lunch break the other day. the cashiers were doing a swap before me in line and a young girl who is clearly mentally disabled comes to work the register with what I'm assuming a manager or supervisor standing next to her. she was very friendly and doing everything she needed to. A man walks into the store while she's scanning my items and he starts talking loudly (even I turned around to look at what was going on) and she glanced over and accidentally double scanned my item. she says oops and the woman immediately had a hostile and frankly nasty attitude with her and said "that's why we pay attention to what WE'RE doing and not what other people are doing." I can't imagine being reprimanded by a manager like that infront of a customer and it was so unprofessional. let alone her tone was disgusting. so disappointing.

This place is a joke. Easily one of the worst pharmacies in Madison. Waited 45 minutes for a flu shot after I had reserved a time online and filled out all the paperwork beforehand.

My cashier took a personal call while the customer she was servicing was struggling to apply a discount to her purchase. Eventually got checked out in makeup.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever used. The wait times (drive through and in store), fill times, and checkout times. Very inconvenient seeing as I live only a 2 min drive from the location. They have also gave me the someone else's prescription one time! Some of the individuals I have encountered are borderline rude as well. Unsure if it's due to staffing, but it's just terrible. Sadly, I'd rather drive 15 min out of my way to use another pharmacy.

Dr. sent in prescription for antibiotics in am. for infection, Had to wait 24 hrs in pain for it to be filled. 4 other customers ahead of me at counter, prescription messed up on every one. I also had last 2 presciptions filled very late Never going there again

Placed an order for pickup containing one singular item, order got delayed once (store is not busy at all) and I'm still waiting for my item after two hours and counting.
