I prefer my overall experience here over the local competitors, and would like to highlight the fact that the gender equality that seems to have plagued other franchises has not made its hold here. I love nothing more than calling my auto parts store and speaking with another fellow man.

Blatant disregard for masks. All three employees I saw had no masks even during a mandate. Medford's O'Reilly and Walmart were being far more responsible on the same day and I will not be coming back to this Advanced Auto whether we're through the pandemic or not
