I just moved to the area and was in need of a mechanic quickly and Schmidtfranz was recommend by a coworker to me. The service was very fast! I had taken my jeep in to have what I suspected was a bad wheel bearing. The woman at the front was very helpful and made sure I was able to get to work that day as well. Since it was raining out, she just drove me to work and told me that I could ask for them to pick me up from work to bring me to the shop. Chad fit me into his schedule and called me as soon as he looked at it. He told me what needed to be done and the time frame of that. He also told me what needed to be done soon but that he didn't have the time to do it then, but he did for what I needed. My jeep was done within the work day and for a very affordable price!Service: General repairs & maintenance

We bought a '06 Expedition from Chad. Two weeks after getting it we ran into a problem. Chad was very prompt and professional getting it back working and on the road. Chad is very friendly and easy to work with.
