The blonde older lady behind the counter always looks in a foul mood when i go in there, the rest seems ok

I hate going here to drop off packages that I need to mail out. My post office is only open for a few hours a day, so I have to drop them off here. I get yelled at by the workers because they say I can't drop off packages there because I don't live in Medford. So I try to use other shipping methods other then USPS.
