I'm new to the area and while exploring my new neighborhood I stopped in and the cashier was very polite and friendly and it looked like an average gas station as far as cleanliness so I am not sure where the negative comments come from.

Quite a lot of inventory for a gas station. This is my station of choice where I live. It's conveniently located.
