“Zumiez was always one of my favorite stores as a kid. I went there the other day after years of not being in one. I am not the size I was as a kid. Essentially the entire staff moved Heaven and Earth to find the one pair of extra large corduroy pants. Their computer system was down, the keys to the dressing rooms were accidentally taken home, the one pair of XL pants was on a different rack then most of the pants. It must have been a hassle for them. But they diligently and happily helped me get the pair of pants I wanted. They fit me perfectly, and I love them. Thank you!”
“The store was neat and being organized by a bunch of friendly staff! But John who works at the dressing room really stands out. He made the experience of shopping and trying clothes, which I don’t enjoy, a fun time. He, on his day off, was there making sure everyone had what they needed. His positive energy is infectious! HOWEVER there does seem to be a clique of about 3 people who NEVER help every time I am in there they are all circled together doing nothing. “Selection and size inclusiveness means both my teen daughter and I can find things to love here. Full price is a joke as at most stores but sales and clearance are good. We got a full bag of clothes last time for $60. (Jeans,a couple shirts, a dress shirt and a sweater.)”

“I visited yesterday evening (8-21-23) with my son, we had travelled over an hour to get to Fox River Mall and after already hitting the play center and lunch my son was way overtired and not behaving as well as he normally does. Being around that many people in that environment is hard enough for me but even more difficult with a child. Giving 5 stars to Emma personally, she approached me and asked if she could help me find anything, mentioning that she could see I was anxious. She continued to make conversation with me which helped a LOT, and even picked out a beautiful blue/green dress that she thought would look good on me (alas I’m short and it was way too long) comforted me with a hug, and gave my son a squishy frog to play with while I was in the dressing room trying stuff on. An actual angel on earth who does way more than her job requires and has a way with people. I appreciate your kindness and sympathy towards me”
