This is my first year of doing tax with them. I have the worst experience ever. Drop off my tax and since it's a business the manager name Jenny supposed to complete mine tax. About 2 weeks I hear nothing back from them I called to check on the status one of the assistant who answered the phone told me it was not ready and they would give me a call back soon! Waiting for 3 week. Called back got the same answer. was so disappointed at the owner that he hired such a lazy manager. Took them a month to finished. And now I received a letter from the IRS saying I owned them when my return actually showed that I got some refund back and that some calculations was done incorrectly. Im so mad! It will be my first and last time there. NEVER GOING BACK!

Had these guys recommended to me after having a whole bunch of issues with trying to file online with H&R Block. I could not be more grateful for the recommendation! Being able to work with some directly was a real relief and they were able to find different credits I didn't even know I qualified for which literally doubled the return i would have gotten with H&R! Will definitely be coming back to these guys!

They took my money knowing I was short on paperwork and filed my taxes anyways- IRS yanked my taxes and now its 12 months out. I told the lady dont you think you should have said hey sr I dont think you should file just yet because you dont have all the paperwork and she said and I quote yes Sr I think your right This is all because of child tax credit that I had no clue about and didnt receive but yet I was charged for it and didnt know it. Electronic filing center knew it but never shared that info, the only thing they cared about was collecting my money not about the after math from not assisting me properly This is why I went to them and to not do it myself because there supposed to know. Well to me it seemed like the only thing they cared about was money and not the safety of my taxes. Now I cant pay my bills Thanks E. F. C.

We've gone every year for over a decade now, and they're always on point. They guarantee your refund is correct so you don't have to worry about auditing, and they have a second (supervisor) come in to verify amounts. Always very professional service.

It's been about 2 weeks now since my last call with no promised return phone call. Thanks to their lack of follow through it's now too late for me to get the childcare credit. I was a former customer and will now be taking my business elsewhere. This is not the first time I have not gotten follow up from them.

I've been using this place for a few years and they make things so much easier and they find things that I would have never found if I did it on my own they helped me the years that I was self-employed and this year they helped me figure out how to do it the normal way hahaha and they're very affordable so that's a plus.
