Ive been going to this location for the last couple of years. Normally a very pleasant experience until today. The lady who was going to cut my hair, she was nervous no big deal, I told her I dont care if she makes a mistake, my hair grows fast so its not a problem. Took ger 5 minutes going through my notes with the manager and she still didnt want to cut my hair. “Oh well I don’t know, I dont want to mess it up.” Just making excuses, if she doesnt want to cut hair maybe she should find something she is better suited for. Zero issues with the manager or other staff but Ill find someplace that will just cut my freaking hair instead of asking me 20 questions and then STILL did not want to cut my hair. A stylist did say she could help me but at that point Im 10 minutes in and frustrated so I didnt take her up on the offer.

Paige was super nice, very professional and was very patient with me. I came in just as a walk in and she suggested a little twist on my preference and I absolutely love it. Im very nervous about new stylists but Paige is the real deal. I will definitely be coming back.

Fast and friendly service. There was no wait time at all. I will schedule ahead of time in the future. I was not in hurry but that was quick for a hair cut. They don't charge too much at all.

Eli should never lay his hands on another humans hair. Buddy should stick to cutting dogs or something. Absolutely butchered my friends hair into oblivion. No apology, and the supervisor stated, “that’s what you asked for”. See pictures below. Not sure anyone would ask for that. Eli needs to be drug tested or get his vision tested
