I don’t live in Wisconsin but I’m visiting family for Christmas and I sent my husband in for chicken tenders because we have been on the road for 5 hours the customer service was TERRIBLE the way the gentleman spoke to my husband was VERY rude and unprofessional! He was told that on 3rd shift chicken tenders aren’t made fresh which he was okay with that but to refuse service was definitely unfortunately I won’t visit this Kwik Trip again. The racial slurs was also a BIG PROBLEM! I will be calling management in the morning!

Hey everyone! So yeah very bad experience at this Kwik trip, after wanting to buy a simple $1.67 fountain soda which they had half the flavors I actually wanted out of order I went up to pay and my card was short maybe less than 10 cents which I was unaware of, after realizing I didn't have any cash cash in my wallet the asian associate at the register with the name Youngsai or something close to that told me to go in my car and dig for change I agreed with him and walked out to go do so and then realized it was thunderstorming and pouring so I walked back in and he wouldn't even try to find a way to make it work for me over 10 cents without me feeling embarrassed and demoralized. He even laughed at me when I had to go out and get the money. Then to find out they just took my soda and dumped it down the drain. I understand you need to pay for things for price and all I've been raised this way and doing it my entire life but to go through an experience like this by accident with my card and to get attacked over 10 cents or less on something they just threw away anyways instead of taking my money really bothers me and I really feel like he did it to me because Im white and he was mong or asian and I feel like it was a power trip because I had this same this happen with a lot more money 3 years ago after my card was a product of identity theft and I was short 25$ the lady said it was ok and to come back the next day if I could and pay with no id or anything. Came back and did the right integrity thing I've always been taught and teach and found out she actually covered me. But I guess at Kwik trip #297 you can't get and slack for 8-10 cents because they hire people that want to embarrass and belittle and laugh at you only to waste the final product instead of trusting you to come back and pay 10 CENTS the next day from a bad card. I'm beyond hurt and upset and I'm literally going to go around and start passing on this story and boy cottong the once actually amazing and awesome Kwik trip that changed into evil price gowgers. God bless all of you that read this in such a cold world divided by hate and race.

Discounts on fuel can be earned and there's no need to enter the store to buy fuel.

They don’t have vapes or meth pipes the AV mart is a lot better. There food sucks too but the av mart has a taco truck support the av mart this place isn’t that great
