Was sitting across road wanted to know if when or how long my glasses would take i called location no answer i drove over there sure she was sitting right there didnt even answer phone not even that very rude maybe you didnt wanna be working but was talking to her and another customer came in totally ignored me and helped another customer i finally said ill wait until day they come in she was rude didnt answer me i said have a nice day she didnt even respond just looked at me like some innocent girl grow up and start treating your customers with respect its not high school anymore loose the attitude or i will do my business somewhere else

Thanks Marilyn for fixing my glasses today! My lens fell out and it's really hard to get back in because it's the wireless type . She was patient and kind, and got the job done while I waited, YAY!

First the positive. The staff was friendly and professional. The eye exam went well also. I have eye med insurance, so there was no cost to me. The problem came when I went to purchase glasses. After my $400 deduction (what my ins paid) and the 2nd pair was half price, I still owed $969!!! What?? I have never seen such high prices anywhere. I wear no line bifocals, with a higher end lense, for both my regular daily glasses and my sunglasses, so they're never going to be inexpensive. I took my prescription to COSTCO, picked out the same price frames, and I wasn't able to use insurance and the cost was $515. I will be able to submit the receipts for some type of reimbursement though. The person helping me suggested I print off the paperwork when I pick up my glasses and she'd help me fill it out.
