Hi I am responding to the two guys that today were next door to do a job I was shoveling my driveway, they immediately came over shovel in hand and did my driveway and apron. I was so impressed with their kindness and assistance . One of the gentleman was the owner's son. I had to let the public know that not only are they excellent at what they do but also instilled in their son and the other employee's consideration for the elderly.

Liam and Seth did a great job getting my chimney cleaned and up and running for me. They were very friendly and made sure to clean everything up at the end.

Amy and Liam did an amazing job the first time they were out, due to miscommunication there was a delay in my second appointment but I don’t hold that against them. Liam came back out and did my repairs and showed me how to start a fire and it was perfect timing. Definitely recommend getting them to come out to your home.

So happy I found them! Great communication, kept me up to date until the appointment. Arrived and got to work! My wood stove was really dirty and stopped working, now it’s clean and ready for winter !!!

Luke was so helpful in the process of having to get a new gas insert for the fireplace. He ran into a little problem but was able to fix it the same day. I love my new one and it works like a charm!

This is the second year these guys blew me off on an appointment! When I message them back to complain they don't respond...never again!

Called and left a voice message on Monday the 8th inquiring about a chimney inspection and cleaning. Their message indicated it would take approximately two business days for a call back. I never received a call so I called back on Friday the 12th and left another message. Today is now Wednesday the 17th and they have not once called. Really unfortunate as I am a new customer who wanted your services but will be looking elsewhere now.
