MY DRIVERS SPENT 12h HERE AND WAS NOT LOADED WHILE OTHER TRUCKS WERE COMING AFTER HIM AND GETTING LOADED WITH EXACT SAME PRODUCT. STAY AWAY !!!!! DO NOT GET LOADS FROM HERE OR IF YOU EVER DO PLEASE CANCEL !

Stay away from this place unless you have plenty of time to waste. Been here 4 hours since 7am appointment and it’s 11:00am now. 10 trucks waiting with 3 ahead of me they seem to average 2 truck loading per two hours. Office lady extremely nice! Only good thing about this place. Bathroom in the warehouse has to be buzzed in. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Fast unloading. No overnight parking. Waiting for the check in is only weird point bcz no one was there. Overall they are good.

***Please Read For Paper Roll Deliveries***
Please see Pawandeep Singh’s review with a picture of the map for paper roll deliveries. It will save you about a half hour of wasted time!
The address the GPS gives you will 1). Take you to the wrong entrance, passing the correct entrance and 2). If you do manage to go to the correct entrance, do not keep straight! Even though there is a sign that clearly shows that paper roll deliveries are to keep straight, IGNORE that and make a right directly across from the sign. Follow the trailers and keep going around the building until you see door #30. Check in at the entrance to the right. Again, see the map on the other review! Will save you 30 minutes!
Apparently, the employees shift ends at 0700, so if your appointment is at 0600 it’s best to be there at 0530 in case you get lost with the directions.
Wasted 30 minutes because at each window, there is no bell to alert the employee that you are there. You have to wait until someone shows up at the window. Waited 10 minutes for the first guy and then 10 minutes for the guy at the correct building + time circling around to the correct location.
*Drivers, if you don’t know, I’ll tell you now. You never know what you’re going to get when you pick up/drop off these loads. Some places will be immaculately marked, others will have you guessing with a question mark over your head. Some docks have enough space to do donuts in, others will have you cursing the whole time you’re backing in. Some people will greet you with a smile, offer free candy/chocolates and tell you, “thank you, drive safe out there”, and then others will give you an attitude, rush you, and make you think twice about your occupation/career choice. Let’s not even talk about the racist ones.
Just try not to give the bad vibes any power and post reviews so that we know what to expect beforehand! Safe travels!

When I first started it really was a nice place to work. Management is a joke. I did my best when I moved from the bindery floor to the office, but I was always made to feel like that wasn’t enough. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to apply for a job at Arandell. Between Sandy and Kim, this business has less than 5 years before the doors close for good. As everyone opens their eyes more people are quitting. My advice stay in school and forget about working at Arandell

Picked up a live load here for the post office ..... The gal at the shipping office was very nice .....Took a little under 1 hour to be on the road again .....
