I love Baldoni’s. Although I do not own their brand of accordion this is the only place I will take my accordions for repair. I have bought 2 used accordions from Baldoni, Ivo is always very helpful finding what you’re looking for. He will even make sure the straps you buy fit you correctly! The few times I’ve gone, him and his wife are always so nice and friendly, they’ll even chat with you for a while, they really make you feel at home there. His experience with accordions is why I bring mine here. There are times where I have to wait a while for an appointment but the work he does makes it worth the wait. I have zero complaints about this store.

Came here to fix my uncles old accordion I've been playing. Turns out Baldoni said it was a kids size, and recommended and better one that fits me. I agreed. He set me up with a great accordion and a good price. I still play it after two years and it's in great shape. Will come back for my accordion problems!

Called and left a message asking for help identifying an accordion. Never called back.

I have used Baldoni accordions since 1981, when my first electronic instrument, an Elka 77, was purchased. That accordion is still in tune, although I don't use it. I check it from time to time. Other Baldonis I currently own and use are the Alpine model and Combo III, both purchased in 2001 and used professionally at restaurants or for private parties or nursing/retirement home gigs. I have also purchased one other accordion, a Karpek made in Milwaukee 90 years ago, and played it for many years before selling it to a professional musician on the Las Vegas Strip. These accordions almost never go out of tune and if they do, they only need minor adjustments. I will purchase Baldoni accordions as long as they are in business, which I hope will be for many years yet. Carol Kugler, former Milwaukeean

If I could give this store a zero I would. I visited this Accordion Shop with my parents last fall. The owners were rude to both me and my parents. I had money to buy a professional accordion with, but looking at the instruments offered, they were not much better than a Weltmeister Accordion for a few hundred dollars. I don't see how this store can stay in business. The quality of work is questionable, the prices extravagant and employees/owners downright rude. I have since started working for someone who refurbishes used accordions to like new condition, no accordion ever gets priced over $500. I do advertise these instruments on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace. Our goal is to give people good accordions With a very good price, not overcharge them for something useless to them. We also give a 60 Day Warranty. My advice to people, don't buy here.
