B&BW in West Bend is closer to me and more convenient BUT I always receive the nicest service at B&BW Meno Falls store.Very helpful.Very accommodating.Thank you.I'll continue to make the drive to B&BW MenoFalls.

I placed a order friday and they gave my pick up order to someone else. This is extremely upsetting, the person that got the wrong order didn't even bring back to the store. I been on hold for 20 minutes while they try to figure out what went wrong.
