My daughter has been attending COA Menomonee Falls since March, and I could not be happier with our experience thus far. My daughter had spent almost her first four years at home with me, and we had briefly tried another center before coming to COA. It was not a good fit for us there, so I was a little nervous about trying another center, but seeing how much my daughter has grown makes my heart so happy! The patience, kindness, and caring that Ms. Dee has shown my daughter means the world to me.

We had toured Children of America in 2020 and we did not get a good feel from our tour, but decided to try again in winter of 2023 and had a completely different feeling. From my understanding it is under new management and it has been a great place for our 1.5 year old. His teachers, Ms. Angie and Ms. Crystal have been great for him. I appreciate the daily updates we get, along with the monthly newsletter updates. They have special events throughout the year and it is nice they are trying to build a community at the center.

My kids have been going to this center for years, and during the beginning the staff was very questionable. Now that Kristina has taken over as director, she has staffed her center with many teachers that I can honestly trust my children with. Communication has always been great, and my kids love going to daycare!

I will be honest and state that when my daughter first started at COA, I was not happy... the director at the time seemed very unorganized and it took me way to long to get a call back to even enroll. The only reason I ended up still enrolling is because I didn't have any other options with transportation to pick my child up from school. Now, completely different story. Kristina has done an AMAZING job at turning the center around. She is friendly, responsive, everything is organized, the center was cleaned up and more of the right people were brought in as teachers for the classrooms. My daughter use to hate going to daycare, now she enjoys it! I feel so much more confident when I drop her off as well.

Awful, the twos teacher is constantly screaming at the kids. Never any teachers in the classroom, out of ratio 90% of the time, the director filling in refused to help the teachers “because she was on a call” they need to do better!!! Mrs Ivy and Destiny are the only good teachers in that building

DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE - IT IS NOT SAFE. They allowed a non-custodial parent who was not listed on the birth certificate and did not have any custody or court ordered visitation to enroll a child who was illegally being kept away in a different state from his legal custodial parent. When the custodial parent came to pick up their child who they NEVER approved to be enrolled at this facility - this facility refused to release the child to the ONLY custodial parent. Even more unbelievable, they released the child to the non-custodial kidnapper who had multiple restraining orders against him at the time, even after the restraining orders were provided to the facility and their headquarters. They aided and abetted a non-custodial kidnapper, violated the rights of the custodial parent, and were in contempt of a court order. This place is the most unethical, unsafe child care facility. Imagine someone kidnapping your child, not being listed on the birth certificate but still being able to keep them hidden at Children of America Menomonee Falls because THEY DO NOT CHECK BIRTH CERTIFICATES or do any background checks to contact the other or in this case, ONLY custodial parent. Taking your money is more important than keeping your child safe. I wouldn't be surprised if they had other kidnapped children in their facilities.

It's been challenging to find the right center for both of my kids with a lot of changes going on every day between the pandemic and we recently moved to area. I did a tour with director right before closing time. It was quiet. She was nice and helpful with all my questions. I decided to go back to pick up registration package after reading some good reviews about COA. So I went there with both of my kids on Friday afternoon. It didn't feel the same. It seemed chaotic and loud this time, siblings of some family were running around in and out the shared playroom right by front desk, between rooms and the building. I met the assistant director that day. I was told I could not look through the registration package until I paid for $200 registration fee. I was under pressure that they would lose their spots if I waited 1 day longer. So I paid and left with registration package for my kids.I went home and couldn't bring myself to complete the paperwork. It could be mom's instinct telling me that it's not the right place. I did not feel the welcoming and cheering vibe that a daycare center should have. They all could be very nice and sweet people but the second visit gave me completely off feelings. I found out that $204 registration fee is non-refundable. But I might put my kids in 2 other separate centers that I found more suitable.

I sent my son to Children of America for a few Months before moving out of states. We really like this day care. The lunch is good and the teacher are very nice. I can see their love from their faces. I am able to see my son's activities from the alive camera. Later, my son went to a few different day care/schools in CA; I paid more than double there but the quality is not as good as Children of America.

Thank you for the outstanding care of my little guy. The staff is always caring and attentive and the curriculum is a perfect balance of education, fun and creativity. We searched many facilities for the right fit and found a perfect match in COA.

To truly understand this post, some context needs to be provided to make this fair to Children of America Menomonee Falls (COA). We requested "alternative" childcare through a third party since our main childcare facility is closed for the week. COA came up as the match for our timeslot and preference. Days earlier, I was asked to arrive early so I could do paperwork and then escort my child into the room. We arrived early and...nobody greeted me (see photos). I was let in by a parent leaving the facility. My child and I waited for 20 minutes before being greeted by someone. I took my child to her room and then came back out to the main lobby to ask about the paperwork (in case they need to reach our child's doctor or something). I waited another 15 minutes before leaving without filling out any paperwork...the paperwork that, days earlier, COA requested I fill out.My concern here is about the safety and security of the building. If someone else were to be let in by a parent leaving the facility who had worse intentions, we could possibly be looking at a situation that puts everyone in that building at harm. I was able to freely walk and sit around for way too long. The same woman who finally greeted me walked past me many times before I left as well. I understand people get sick or take vacations, but for this kind of business, it is unacceptable to have nobody at the front desk to make sure people are there for the right reasons. I can see part of what separates a 5 star Young Star facility vs. the 3 stars that COA has received (see photo). I am giving 3 stars because the teacher seemed nice, it was one of the cleaner childcare facilities we have been to, and we won't be here long. Please do better.

Our daughter is thriving here and we’ve been really pleased with the new management team. Every staff member seems to know every child by name even if they’re not part of their classroom. Her regular teachers have all been fantastic and she’s treated really well. We get photos and videos on the app/email updates every day (there have been a few times where we get less detailed updates and no photos, but those seem to be days where her regular teacher isn’t there which is understandable). The facility is very clean and minus the regular sniffles that go around every school in the winter, they’re extremely upfront when there’s any illness that a child/classroom could have been exposed to. They do a lot of great age-appropriate activities, artwork, skills, and learning. We also appreciate being able to add drop-in days in case I need to take extra shifts at work. I contacted and toured many daycares before choosing this one, and we’ve been really happy we chose to bring our daughter here.

Children of America is wonderful! I love the friendly staff and helpful management. I love that you can see your child anytime throughout the day on a live video stream! They make learning fun! I really love their reading program. They publish their own books that I have access to at home so I can read to my child at home. My daughter loves Bentley! Thank you Children of America for making it easy on a working mom.

The change in the management team has been amazing! I couldn't be happier with the direction the school has taken, have always loved the school and do even more so now! They treat my sons with so much love, and can tell they care for them as if they were their own children! If you're looking for a child care center for you children, look no further! Best one around!
