Transferred an rx to Costco after being fed up with other pharmacies. Was told I would get a text or a phone call if an rx is out of stock. Was told it would be ready on Wednesday. I call to confirm it is ready. First I was told mg rx wasn't on file. Had I not pushed they would have happily let me go without my rx. But I did push. They hadn't run it yet but thought it would be done that night. First red flag. I drive the 20 min to the store only to get there and find out it's not only not ready but I can't pick it up until Friday. I call the store on Friday and ask because I still hadn't heard anything. They tell me its our of stock and the ordering pharmacist won't be back until Monday, when they will order it. It will likely be another week before I can actually get my meds. I thought other pharmacies were bad, but I've never gotten this much of a run around. I am really disappointed as I hoped to have a pleasant experience. I love Costco but their pharmacy needs work.
On top of all of it, the person answering the phone was short with me both times I called. Not great. :(

I just spoke with Meg, a technician at this pharmacy. She quickly was able to help me transfer prescription from CVS to this pharmacy. It should be ready in 24 to 48 hours. Super painless process, and easy to actually talk to a human when you call them!
