This review is for the pharmacist and the staff. Excellent customer service and the hassle free handling of the communication between my provider and insurance to make sure things are correct is why I no longer go elsewhere.
I wanted to recognize the pharmacist Etan (I hope I spelled it right) for making time to get my prescription to me when time was of the essence. My wife and I were traveling out of town for my birthday and my prescription didn't get to the pharmacy early so with 30 minutes left before our departure, Etan rushed my prescription out so I could enjoy a birthday weekend with my wife and not have to worry about my health while out of state. What a guy!
I was expecting to be told to fill it when I had the time. Nope! 10 minutes later I was on my way. Great service!
Andrea ALWAYS greets me by name. This is unheard of in a pharmacy setting in my experience. Amazing service and attention to detail! She is friendly and willing to help when my insurance tries to suddenly overcharge me or needs a prior authorization. Never a frustrated sigh or eye roll when I needed help understanding why things changed! Always professional and kind.
Love this location. Go there yourself and see if you don't feel the same!

Tim did his due diligence with this delivery he was successful at it and say that because it was delivered to Froedert which is huge I get lost All the time he was patient and did his job well I thank you Tim from the bottom of my heart. Loved it too

I am always impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff at the CVS Pharmacy. Their knowledge, commitment, friendliness, and hard work shows on every visit. I let everyone I know how great they are making sure you’re taken care of, and assisting me with any questions or problems I may have.

The staff at CVS within Target are the best! Jeff, Sean and Kimee are very knowledgeable, they are super friendly and extremely helpful. Great place to fill your prescription meds and get your vaccinations! I have been a satisfied customer for many years. Highly recommend!

Tried to get my second shot 10 weeks after my first, as I was unable to get off of work sooner for the possible two-three days that the potential side affects of the second shot could last. They waited until I had my arm out and ready to get the shot before they told me that I’d have to restart the series, and that this would be considered my “first shot”. My doctor had told me that although it was not recommended to go beyond the CDC’s suggested interval of 6 weeks between shots, that I should still go in to get the second shot. I told the administrator of the vaccine this and he said again that this would be the first shot. After the injection, he handed me back my old vaccine card and had written VOID across it, and gave me a new one saying this was my first shot. Afterwards, I looked at the CDC recommendations, and they confirm what my doctor had told me: “the second dose may be scheduled for administration up to 6 weeks (42 days) after the first dose. If the second dose is administered beyond these intervals, there is no need to restart the series.” So now, because they didn’t follow the CDC recommendations, I’ll be given 3 shots in the a span of 14 weeks, which isn’t recommended for people who are not immuno compromised. Not only did the pharmacy staff take action which contradicted CDC guidelines, they were not open with me about their course of action.
