We had a great experience test driving vehicles and working through the options of bringing in a vehicle from out of state. We ultimately selected a new Encore from Ewald's inventory after getting a great offer (discount and trade-in). Delivery was very smooth and they addressed the few minor issues we noticed on the exterior. Finally the paperwork was thorough and the service options presented was low pressure. Excellent overall experience with the entire team.

Brought my GMC Acadia to the service department for some transmission work. Knowing this was a big job, they took the extra time to get the diagnosis right. Gary the service manager really made the extra effort to communicate the process to me. The truck runs great, and their turnaround time was quick. The final price was even less than what was quoted - that was a nice surprise! It is clear that the new ownership and new management has improved the customer experience. NOTE - the PREVIOUS owners had lost my business, but Gary runs an efficient department, and he won my business back, thank you! Will for sure be a repeat customer!

Had a fantastic buying experience with Khizar, Nikki, John and Lamar. They were exceptionally patient and took care of the smallest details. Good faith dealing on their inventory and a very competitive offer for our trade-in. The Encore GX itself is a great offering in the small SUV class. No regrets on this decision

Picked up a screw in my tire on 41 and pulled up to the service area with no appointment and about 10 pounds of air left in it. They repaired the tire and had me back on the road in an hour. Thank you for the wonderful service it was first class.

I was sold a brand new car with a check engine light on and was assured all they needed to do was reset the button. I asked for information on what was throwing the light and was told by the salesman that nothing was throwing it and they just needed to reset it. I asked to note this issue on the bill of sale to ensure that I’d have a way out if this was not the case but the dealership manager talked me out of it and promised that it was not an issue and it didn’t need to be noted. They said they’d schedule an appointment for the button reset with service with me the week following the sale. So shady. Turns out there IS an issue with the purge pump, for which there’s a national shortage of and my engine is getting progressively worse to drive, jolting every time I get up to speed. My salesperson was absolutely terrible with communication, having promised to schedule times for the car to be serviced and when I arrived, they had no record of it. Finance failed to have me fill out multiple forms and had to FedEx forms to me and come to my house during the work day to have me sign paperwork they forgot about. There were no floor mats in the car and I was promised they would be ordered and had t remind the salesperson about it multiple times. Now every time my husband or I call to get the issues resolved we are told their phones, internet or computers are down due to a recent dealership buyout. No one gets back to us and it’s all around shady.
