It was very easy to rent the storage unit online. Customer service was great. When I went to the unit, I realized the door was too small for my needs. I asked if I could get a refund and they gave it to me immediately it was no questions asked. So I am pretty impressed with them.

I found both the phone and in person customer service to be excellent. They were friendly and very helpful in getting me set up into a storage unit.

Poor customer service. Moved in. My storage is 6'×10'. Main door to the unit frome outside has no lock. Unbelievable.

Showed up to my storage unit and found the door rolled open and the unit filled with leaves, no lock was available.

Christina was extremely helpful throughout the time that I rented a storage unit. She was responsive, helpful and patient when my move out date changed unexpectedly.The only concern I had was that the price increased significantly without notice in the 10 months that I had the space.

this is not a family owned company, they are a big investment firmthey will move you in really cheap and before you know it your rent will skyrocket
