Unfortunately, not a great time pace to rent. I would highly advise renting somewhere else, entry problems to units, mass flooding, poor communication are the biggest problems.

Nina at the Menomonee Falls location provided excellent service. The online process was easy for us to use (coming from out of town), they reached out via email and text to confirm information, and everything was ready as expected when we arrived. The facility was well kept, and set up for easy transfer of items with moving carts available and a private secure garage to load and unload.

Nina at the Menomonee Falls storage mart was awesome to work with. She called me to coordinate my move. I was running a few minutes late for check in and she didn't hassle me.

Lauren was very helpful with my questions and was a deciding factor when deciding to get a storage unit from your facility. I am discouraged because the company doesn’t offer any discounts to Veteran or Senior Citizens.

Very easy and a pleasant experience, renting a unit the in Memonomee Falls location. I believe her name is Nina, she was so helpful and set me up with my unit. She was very professional, and I highly recommend her and StorageMark for your storage needs.

Securing my storage unit was easy. Move in went very smooth. You can park you car or moving truck in the garage during your move which is especially helpful if you are moving in the winter or rain. Management has been helpful and easy to work with so far.

Increased the rent by $60. Ridiculous. The loading area has 2 doors. 1 is broken for month. Now the reduced the size and installed more lockers. Customer service doesn't exist. Just 1 car fits in and you can't turn around. This is the worst place. Will hurry and look for a new locker.
