E.V.E.R.Y. SINGLE time!!!! I always try to ask for shipments to not come from fed ex because they are NEVER on time, or don't even show up at all, come damaged, or too lazy to bring it to my house and leave it for someone to steal it from the road. I can't believe this is still a competitor for shipping.

This location is horrible. I'm waiting for 2 packages from the same shipper. Fedex delivers only 1 box. Then they enter online that the 2nd box is on a truck out for delivery. Turns out that was a lie, 3 days later it's still not delivered and still at the warehouse. Horrible service

Was home 2 days in a row. Watched the driving pull up and take off within 30 seconds. Never attempted delivery!! Hot a text saying it was the final attempt. Its ridiculous how bad the delivery drivers are.

Horrible horrible service. Waiting 3 days for my package. Was told I could sign a door tag and leave instructions on where to leave it. They didn't leave it. I called and was now told I have to be present to sign for it. They want me to be home from 8am till 8pm to make sure I can sign. They won't schedule a morning delivery unless I gave them more money to do so. I now have to call back tomorrow because Akeem in the resolution department won't send it to a pick up site. I will never spend a dime with them again. Horrible.

Fed ex is the worst package is always delayed false delivery dates & horrible automated system. If I had a choice everyone should use ups seriously!

This is the 2nd time my Omaha Steaks order was delivered unfrozen -- try, try again -- I was told if it happens again they will just refund my money -- really, FedEx out of Menomonee Falls is failing and needs some significant help

DO NOT USE FED EX. THEY HAVE LOST 5 OF MY PACKAGES. They have drivers who forge your initials to cover up for undelivered packages. You cannot contact anyone locally and when get national number they promise to help but do NOTHING. Do not trust them for shipping!
