Jarreaus don’t know how to deliver a package. He didn’t even stop by my house! DELAYED MY PACKAGE 4 DAYS AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED IT! THIS WHOLE COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

FedEx is absolutely trash you sign up for their app. You do text message tracking you do app tracking. They don’t even ping you in notification you have your notifications turned on. They ping you a notification after they leave their little slip that’s why everybody hates you I mean, just trash. absolute dog water i would give negative stars to every fedex around the country.

Wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely worst customer service! Zero organization. Zero help. Zero answers to where the package was. They wouldn’t ship it to a location near me so I could pick it up myself. Finally I go to attempt to pick it up an hour away and sat there for an hour as they were “looking for my package” never found it!!!! Waste of time. I dread anytime fedex is the delivery service for packages. I wish there was a way to give a worse review…… these ppl are lazy and dont care at all.

If you have any other shipping options other than FedEx, use the alternative!!
Delayed shipping, damaged parcels, deliveries to wrong addresses etc. is their m.o. It's a shame I have to give them one star.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

FedEx has ONE job -- to deliver packages on time to the correct address. This location ALWAYS screws it up. In the 10 years I've lived in my house, they have NEVER delivered a package on time and to the correct address. I wish retailers would drop FedEx and use USPS for package delivery instead.

Absolutely horrible, can't follow directions. Did not receive 2 packages on time, after confirming and promising the time frame of my deliveries. I'm stuck still waiting on packages that I needed today, and l wish sellers would stop using crap FedEx, i knew this would happen and here we are again. Nothing good. They always let me down. 0 stars

I have never had as bad of an experience with shipping as I have with delivery from this location to Oconomowoc over the last two years. Broken merchandise, packages thrown onto my porch, packages missing for days or weeks with no update, updates that claim I was not available to accept a shipment when no signature was required, etc. Constantly experiencing problems with shipments, and calling FedEx leads to no resolution.
Please do something about management at this location and the route to western Oconomowoc!

Would give less if I could. They will deliver packages successfully and then suddenly send a message that there was an error with the address and the package couldn’t be delivered. Why can some drivers deliver and others not? Lazy is my thought. So frustrating. I wish companies would stop using FedEx for delivery service.

I knew i had to sign for a package, figured if I missed it id just refer the door tag. There was one left, but absolutely nothing filled out. The laziness of some of these drivers is astounding. My job sucks too, but I still have to cross the T's and dot the i's. At least UPS let's you pick up at their distribution hubs... you can request intercept or Hold location and it will only further delay your package.

FedEx delivered a package to my mailbox. I went to get it and it was gone. Mailman came a couple days later and made me pay to get the package because he found it in the mailbox.

If I could leave a zero star for this company I would. This is the second time I had a package delivered to the wrong building. Both times, it had the correct address. But this time, it was much worse. I had ordered a dresser from Amazon, and it was to be delivered via FedEx. I received a notification yesterday that my package was delivered. When I got home from work it wasn't there. I reported the issue to Amazon. They said to wait 48 hours before reporting again that it didn't show up. I remembered today that they had delivered the box before to the wrong building. I was correct. Only this time, the box was completely dilapidated. Plus, it says team lift on the box. Thankfully, I'm not a 90 year old woman that weighs 100 lbs(which was the same weight as the package!). I was able to shimmy it down the stairs. Broke a nail, shoving the box in my car. Then, I managed to shimmy the box into the elevator to my apartment. I will never buy anything again that is delivered from FedEx.

For 5 days, my package has been “out for delivery” at this location without there being any attempt made to deliver it.
I’m in the process of escalating this issue to the larger company, as this is unacceptable and there isn’t a single consideration for time sensitive deliveries.
