Bank manager was completely useless. Tried to pass on the state medical examiners number so they can get in contact with the bank to confirm a death in the family. Dude didn't care about helping me, he didn't care about pointing me in the right direction. Dude may have been there for 23 years but I'm willing to bet his customer satisfaction scores are terrible. I also work in banking, and idk if the company I worked for just cared that much for their customers but we would push people as far up the ladder to corporate as we possibly could to help resolve a customers situation or complaint. This guy or this bank needs to refocus a little bit. Learn to talk to customers.

This location does not use deposit slips, they are "electronic" now. I had two checks to deposit and wanted some cash back. I explained it to the teller and wrote it down. I also had to tell her which account to deposit to, although the number was on the paper. After the check machine tried to eat my checks and they got stuck a number of times, the total of both checks was deposited. I explained that this was incorrect. The teller canceled the transaction, instead of just giving me the cash as a withdrawal as I asked her to. So now the check machine starts eating my checks again. They are really mangled by this time. Another teller took over and managed to get it right. The tellers were pleasant enough, but this should have not taken as long as it did or been such a big deal. Generally, this a really upsetting visit. I want them to use deposit slips, please. [Also, my husband asked for a check register and they are now much thinner. I realize that no one writes a lot of checks anymore, but there are more electronic transactions to be logged, so the books should be larger, if anything. ]

Inconvenient hours for someone who works a full-time job, Monday-Friday from 9 am - 5 pm. There are no lobby or drive-up hours on Saturdays. There is also a bank teller there who does not pay attention to customers needs and does not know how to count money. The last time I was there, I decided to go inside to bank... I asked to have a check cashed. Had I not been watching the teller and silently counting to myself, I would not have noticed that I was $50 short when I was given my money. I told the teller and she kept insisting it was the correct amount... I had to remind her how much the check was for and re-count the money that was given to me while standing at the counter with her watching. What should have been a 5 minute trip turned into 10-15 minutes.
