Store was busy with customers, only one employee on register. He called multiple times for a helper, with about 10 customers in line and no one bothered to assist. Employees were too busy chatting in the back of the store. Very disappointing.

This location used to be good, but it was absolutely trashed when I came yesterday. It's five below so obviously it's not going to be spotless, but come on. Garbage and products ALL over thr floor? Gross.

We can always find something at Five Below, but it takes some scavenging because the store is disorganized and things are scattered throughout the store.

While shopping with two 8yr olds my daughter needed to use the restroom. They were locked so we asked the cashier if we could please use one. She said she’d call someone to unlock. We continued waiting, my daughter becoming increasingly uncomfortable, then I went back and a different cashier told me the only person that could open it was on break and they weren’t sure when she’d be back. They suggested I use another store. I believe in being a paying customer to use the facilities so we left our merchandise with that cashier, went to TJ Maxx next door, used their restroom and then did all of our shopping there instead. My mind is still blown. How do you restrict access to paying customers (especially CHILDREN) because it’s break time for someone??? Do better Five Below. We will never take our business back again.

I like every item. I am not able to buy everything. The staff is great.It's a shame because some customers open the merchandise. It doesn't matter the age...:(
