Great selection and love to support small business but very disappointed that the first time I saw "no refunds, store credit only" was when I got my receipt AFTER I made a purchase. Too late to do anything about it. The item didn't fit and it's a style issue not size so there isn't an exchange option that will fix it. Very frustrating

Compared to most other pet supply stores, their reptile care items, Especially heat and uv lights (reptile owners Know how expensive that can get), are more affordable.

Great pet store! A plethora of choices from bird, small animal, dog & cat foods, cages, toys and various other pet amenities are available here. Plenty of parking in an easy accessible lot, clean interior and easy check out (at reasonable prices). Helpful staff. If you have a pet, check this store out!!!!

Great selection of bird seed and feeders. Also have a nice selection of aquarium accessories and some fish ?. Not sure about dogs and cats food.

Woman employee told me i couldnt bring my dog back in the store because she went potty on more than one occassion. She wasnt very nice about it either. And since she wasnt the manager or store owner it wasnt even in her place to say this. Last i checked this is a pet store. And these are dogs were taking in. To expect them not to go is ridiculous. Then when i spoke to the owner she cared more about her old filthy carpet then losing a long time customer. 3 more petstores in the area, think twice before taking your dog here. Unless you like to be creepily followed around. Their attitude and expectations are ridiculous.
