I have been a regular customer with great clips. During recent visit, the hair stylist was rushing and did not follow the instructions provided my wife for my 9 year old boy's haircut. She didn't even allow my wife to stand near by and was very rude with her. She removed almost all the hairs although there was a record of prior haircuts. Its very frustrating experience.

Asked the stylist to cut just a half inch off the top and she took it seems like well over an inch off the top! Now I have to deal something I really didn’t want for a while!

1st time for me to this location, they already have my measurement's on last hair cut. and also i have shown the picture for idea. they removed all my hair with point 2 trimmer. there is no shape and just took the trimmer and did as they wanted. everybody was laughing by seeing my hair. nothing is there to see on my head. why Great clips hiring unprofessional candidates without experience. these people are doing experiments on us. we are paying money not simply coming to haircut. today is my engagement you guys disappointed because of this haircut and unprofessional useless candidate you hired. for this location 1 start is more then enough. i really hate this location.
