I had been a member of the monthly massage package for the past couple of years. It was great until I had troubles with scheduling a massage. In February of 2024, I had to reschedule my massage appointment twice in a row because my massage therapist called in sick. After this happened, I decided to cancel my monthly massage package because I received no services for Feb. The receptionist told me I had to give 30 days notice when cancelling the monthly package, so I was charged for Feb anyways (around $80). I tried to schedule one more massage in March to make up for no massage in Feb, however both massage appointments in March were cancelled. One because my massage therapist quit and the other because a different massage therapist called in sick. After trying to schedule a massage for 2 months without success, I gave up and decided to eat the $80 charge for Feb. Thankfully I haven't been charged since. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a massage or facial.

Despite needing to cancel my facial because of a clinician absence, they were still able to offer me a massage for the same day and time I was scheduled. Camille was very personable and her massage was great!

I used to have a membership at this spa, but cancelled a few years back as it was becoming impossible to get appointments. This past September, my mother-in-law (who is a member and now lives in Phoenix and thus transfers her member credits to the spa local to her) suggested we book massage appointments for when she is in town around Christmas. So, mid-September, she called and booked us appointments for Dec 29. I received a call last week informing me that my appointment had been cancelled as the therapist I was scheduled with was leaving. I was instructed to call back to reschedule. When I called back, the receptionist I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. When I said I needed to reschedule, she said “yeah, we don’t have any appointments, there’s nothing we can do”. I explained that my MIL had booked our appointments back in September, and asked if there was a waitlist I could at least be added to. The girl replied “well our waitlist is pretty long - do you want me to cancel your MIL’s appointment too?” I responded by asking why on earth she was asking me if I wanted to cancel someone else’s appointment! She said she would leave a note in my profile and a manager could call me. I said that would be excellent if I could speak to a manager, thank you. And then the receptionist just hung up on me! I’m beyond disappointed in the lack of customer service - and I also have yet to hear back from said manager.

I explained what I was looking for and her recommendations were spot on! This was the most relaxing facial I have ever had. The hydration upgrades were exactly what I needed. Definitely a 5 Star!

JR did a good job on my massage.The assistant manager did not seem knowledgeable about their products. She did say that she was new.IMPORTANT: They are not open until 8 pm Sunday. JR & Assistant Manager said that was during pre Covid.They need to take that off the front door saying they're open till 8 p.m. on Sunday!!

Unfortunately, I’ve been having a very poor experience with this spa. They are only a few therapists that are overall great . For the majority of the time they’re all booked up so I end up being placed with massage therapists that are unprofessional, not good. fall asleep between therapies.This is very unfortunate as people that go for a massage go to relax and unfortunately this is not the place to go.I literally walked out mid session from my massage therapy today. It was for 90 minutes and I was hoping to relax as my vacation starts this week. Unfortunately, this is not been a very good start but I just want to leave a review that way people are aware and know what you’re getting into. I am looking forward to cancel my membership at this company.

I was really looking forward to finally getting a facial. I purchased the intro deal to try out Hand and Stone in hopes to become a member. I met with the aesthetician and she recommended Diamond Glow due to hyper pigmentation. She indicated it would be $129 and I was ok with that. Fast forward to paying the bill it was actually $199 for the service not including tip. They charge $79 for introductory basic facial, then $90 for the Diamond Glow and $30 for god knows what. The Diamond Glow is far from worth $200. If there is no deal running the total charge would be $250. The person drags a suction device that had a dremel type bit on it. She put a cucumber mask on after for 10 mins and then finished with moisturizer. I did purchase a gift card but I am going to cancel my next facial as and figure something else out with the gift card as I would rather not return for services.

Kim is such a wonderful lady she makes sure I look beautiful leaving out. Wonderful experience she is very personable and great customer service and personality. She keeps me coming back I highly recommend her and the service!!!

The team at the Greenfield Hand and Stone Massage Spa were very informative and friendly. I felt cared for and at home when I went in for a consultation. I am joined the subscription service and I'm looking forward to monthly massages or facials!

I wish I would have read the reviews first. The masseuses are very friendly and good at their job. Unfortunately it does seem impossible to cancel your membership. Don't get a monthly membership. I cancelled last October/November and it turns out they've been charging me into April. They claimed I called and reinstated my membership. I have my phone records and email records, that didn't happen. They continually defend their position saying it's policy and no one has access. Seems like the management has no actual authority over memberships and accounts.

I have never had worse customer service than what I've experienced at this location. The massages are good and the masseurs are friendly, though I wasn't able to keep the same person because they kept leaving. I have been trying to cancel my membership for the last 5 months and keep being told that I will receive the forms in my email, but I have never gotten them. I verified my email address with them so that is not the issue. I have also gone to the location and am apparently unable to cancel my membership in person. Additionally, the manager is quite frequently not on the premises to handle issues like these; I have been told many times that they will be in the following Tuesday, and when I follow up the day is pushed yet again. While the services offered are satisfactory, it no where near outweighs the abysmal disdain they show to their customers and members.
