Plenty of parking, great low prices for home decor like pillows, rugs, or small tables & ottomans. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

I went to the store to buy a fence for my dog, the fence I bought was marked with a price of $0.00. I bought other things, took it to the cashier and the employee Lori was extremely rude, said that this was a mistake, took the fence and left, said that it could not be sold and there was no other to replace it, I believe that by law if the product has a price and for that price it must be sold.

I brought a larger picture up to the checkout counter and asked to keep it there while I continued shopping. When I returned to check out I was advised that the Price of the picture increased. I was then advised that they have problems with people switching tickets which implied that I switch the ticket. The so-called manager was extremely rude. She cannot even look me in the face did not offer any type of apology. I asked if they could honor the price because that’s what it was on the floor for and I was advised that she did not have the authority to do so. Both ladies were extremely rude and it felt very much like they were being racist. They claim they have to check all the clearance prices, but apparently it didn’t get checked before it went to the floor. Additionally, why are you checking on the price of something before I even attempt to check out? Very much, felt like they thought I switched the ticket on on the item because I was black. I will be contacting corporate offices about the situation. I’ve been at HomeGoods for years and I have never experienced anything like this. Additionally, in good faith in the interest of customer service the price should’ve been honored because that’s what was on the floor.

Very unorganized and dirty store. Front entryway needs a vacuum, isle are dirty and messy, trash is overflowing. Very poor example of management.
