I returned 4 pairs of pants in store in mid April. I've got the receipt to prove it. It is now mid June. Despite 3 emails and filing a case with JCP customer service weeks ago, I STILL haven't gotten the refund I'm owed from JC Penney.

It has been years since I shopped a J C Penney. I was surprised with the excellent quality of clothing as well as brands available.

Great.... except we got there on a Thursday morning at 10:40 a.m. and found out they open first at 11:00. Alot of people walked up to the entrance and found out they weren't open yet! You could tell that people were not happy! Yikes!???
