Kohl's has changed quite a bit over recent years, however I know a lot of businesses have- especially since the pandemic. The stores continue to be very well-organized, well-stocked, aesthetically pleasing, and lots of selection. One thing I am noticing is that the sales are not as good as they used to be, and you used to be able to stack coupons. That is not the case anymore....which is frustrating as Kohl's was always known as a great place with quality selection and lots of deals/sales.Update January 2024:While the sales are not as good- you do build Kohl's cash quicker because you are paying more. I went from 4 to 5 stars because of the holiday customer service, quick processing and shipping of online orders, and ease of returns/exchanges!

Could this company be anymore screwed up than it is???? I got a new card on the mail. Used it for an online order, but the old card was charged. I call Kohl's, they are totally clueless. 2 items that came. I returned because the sizing was off. The rest were canceled BY KOHLS? having never shown up for pick up. The store employees have no idea what is going on. When will I learn? I just did. This company, along with having the worst website, must have the worst corporate execs. If they actually used their site, they would hire better programmers after spending hours attempting to get the correct information!!! I'll never purchase online from this company ever again. All those discounts and rewards mean nothing if you wind up only keeping ONE ITEM! THAT. my friends, is called , A SCAM.

My experience from October 1-11 has been a complete nightmare. I’m simply trying to get what I ordered and paid for. Instead I received something that is of no use to me and, never would have ordered it. Made a call to Kohl’s to inform them that I received the wrong item, and was told to keep it. I have spoken to at least four people regarding this matter, and two of the four had no clue as to what to say or do. I was told that they could send me a coupon for my time and inconvenience. I appreciate the offer but I would also like what I paid for. It toke no time to deduct money from my card when I placed the order. I’m now being told that it can take up to 14 days to put the money back on the card for me to be able to order what I want. There is not enough available credit on the card to be able to place the order again. I have been a kohl’s card holder for over 7 years with this small credit limit and have kept it paid with maybe a couple of late payments. I need to be compensated for my time and the inconvenience.

What a nightmare! My order arrived w half of the pieces missing to a dresser. I have a dresser half put together and the solution from the “supervisor” is to have it taken completely apart, hefted down my stairs, loaded in my car (the dresser won’t fit) or ups comes. Mind you, the box is in shreds and I guarantee ups won’t take a million pieces from my driveway. No solution. First they told me to call the manufacturer (gave me 4 wrong numbers) who said to call kohls back to tell them to send me anew one. They refused. What a joke. I will never ever order from them again and I will spread the word. The customer service is non existent, no wonder their stores are empty.

Placed two orders this week and both were rejected and canceled. When I called customer service they could give no resolution. I tried so many times to re-order my items that this afternoon, They locked me out of my account. Customer service, every time, was absolutely no use.

Horrible customer service. They do not listen to the customer. It's pretty sad that only supervisors (not all) gets the job done and listen to the customers. I will never give my business to Kohls. They went down hill anyways.

I made 3 separate orders online using my 40% off coupon. Total was $92.47. 1 order came to $50.37. Called the 800 no. They will not give me 1 $10 Kohls cash so when all 3 orders come in, all of it is going back to the store. They'd rather lose $92 than to issue a measly 1 $10 Kohls cash.

Kohls, without my knowledge, changed my billing from mail to email. The problem is they used an inactive email address. I have called, sent messages and left messages for corporate to correct their error, since they are ruining my perfect credit for $33.00 and I have had NO response. Why would I have Kohls send billing to an email address that no longer exists? When I get this resolved I am canceling my Kohls account and will never shop at another Kohls. Thank you Kohls for trying to ruin my credit after being a loyal customer for 20 years and spending thousands of dollars at your store and online.

Their system needs to be updated to advise a customer when the payment made online was received and processed. The system ended up taking 2 payments and now refuses to refund the extra payment! I contacted the company within the 24 hour window and I got a lot of run around and no solutions! Outsourcing your company was a bad idea, because when you hear chickens in the background you know that there is no professional person that you are talking to! I want the extra payment back! All Kohls locations.if you think that when you place Amazon return stations all the way to the other side of the store or upstairs so that you can trick people to buy something while amazon return customers are there, trust me it wont work. It is obvious that you dont want to put guiding signs to amazon return station. I am even more disgusted now and will never buy anything from you. Customers are smarter than you think..I didnt choose to return my amazon package here, it was the only option for a specific product

East Peoria store's men's clothing department was a total mess. clothes everywhere except where they should be. would enclose photos if this website would let me. another good reason to do my shopping online elsewhere.

It’s doesn’t seem like Kohls values their customers. I will not be shopping with them again and will be closing my Kohls charge!! It’s a shame, I really liked their store.
