I just thought id leave this, but i just closed my kohls account, its sad they wont take a payment with a debit card or atleast without having to go to a store, try that in a semi, its not worth the hassel, if they have anything i want in their store, they never have my size, its just not worth it

Had $60 in kohls rewardsUsed it to pay for items online.They charged me $9 for shipping because the purchase is under $49 after rewards.No commitment to their value customer.Customer service gave no support and just wrote it off with some long robotic answer

Just spent over an hour on Chat with Kohl's Rebate Center. They wouldn't accept my Black & Decker coffee maker rebate submission, claiming there was a problem with matching my UPC number with the product eligible for a rebate. Even though my order number and my rebate submission form had the SKU and the UPC of the item I purchased, and the copy I made of my UPC code matched what was on the rebate submission form, John Z from chat would not budge. He would not give me the name of a manager and e-mail address to appeal to a higher authority nor give me the name of the CEO. I am taking the coffee pot back to Kohl's tomorrow for a full refund and writing to the CEO about this negative experience. They obviously don't want to grant rebates, so I am puzzled why they bother to even offer them in the first place. WAY TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR $12. I won't be buying any rebate items from Kohls again.

Beware of the return policy in the Sephora store located in Kohls. I have shopped at Sephora stores since they opened. Never needed a receipt for returns. They merely type in a phone number and locate your purchase. This is NOT the case in Kohls Sephora. Their IT staff should be fired. They don't email receipts and you can't look up past purchases by your credit card number or phone number. BTW, I am a Beauty Insider member and I showed the store manager the transaction under my " past purchases". I had to keep the bad Sephora stain that never dried on my lips. The sales associates were very kind. The kohls store manager was not too bright and was very rude. I always forget "you can't fix stupid". lol Live and Learn. Back to Mayfair mall for Sephora purchases. My ordeal occurred at the Greenfield store in 84th south.

If you want to maintain any kind of sanity, do not even attempt to order through the Kohl's website! Ever. Trust me on this.

Good lord what horrible customer service. As someone who works in customer service myself I am APPALLED. I ordered a bed set back in December and it never came. No refund, has not even shipped yet. I've received no communication. This is robbery and I'd like my refund, and I will not quit until I receive it.

Yesterday I stopped in Kohl's I hadn't been there in a very long time and when I was checking out the young lady was so pleasant and charming it's very nice to get service without a crabby cashier Hope you keep hiring people like her this was in the Highland Indiana store

I placed an order on @kohls.com. The company stated the product would arrive by September 22-25. The item that was ordered was a luggage set for a vacation that I am planning for the beginning of October. The order was processed and shipped on September 17 with an anticipated delivery date of Spetember 25. On September 28 when the package had still not arrived, I contacted the shipping company to find out what was happening with the shipment. The company was very helpful and stated that the package was lost during shipping and suggested that I open an investigation to locate the package. When I explained that the item being shipped was for a vacation that I was planning they suggested that I contact the company that sent me the item to see if they could replace the shipment. so that I would have it for my vacation. When I contacted customer service for Kohls.com I got a run around. At first I could not get in touch with a live person, the automated system just kept going round and round. When I was finally able to talk with a live representative I was informed there was nothing they could do to assist me with my problem. When I asked to speak with a supervisor they put me on hold and then came back and told me that I was not going to get a different response from a supervisor. When I was finally able to get a supervisor on the line, I was basically informed that I was lying about the package being lost because the shipping company still had the package in transit.The customer service from this company is trash. I have purchased many items from Kohls. I am usually given an option to have an item shipped to my home or a store. I usually choose to have things sent to my local store. In the past there has never been an issue. Because of the way I was treated by the online customer support, I will NEVER purchase another item from this company.
