I am very disappointed and very upset with the kohl's credit card. I made a minimum payment. Later, I discovered that the remaining balance was taken away from my checking account. I never set up an automated payment. So, I became very upset and I cancelled the kohl's credit card, because of being very disappointed. Because, the kohl's billing system is so very terrible, I do not have the desire to apply ever again the kohl's credit card.

Both Hillary and Gail we so kind and polite. They greeted every customer they saw. I shop A lot and this experience was warm and homey just like visiting a good friend.

The return process at Kohl’s is great. They gave me a comparable item even though I didn’t have a receipt (it was a gift) for the item that was defective.

This Kohls always provides an excellent shopping experience. The workers are always helpful if I have questions. This is now the only Kohls I go to now, and It's not the closest to me. Keep up the good work!

Kohls corporate office should be embraced by their awful disgusting lack of customer service. You ship this as cheap as possible but overcharge the customer and yet your customer service tells the customer " its their job to track the lost package". Kohls chose the carrier it is Kohls problem. You should not tell your customer to do this. And to have no one upper management addressing these problems. After this experience with Kohls I will no longer waste my time or spend my money with such selfish corporate company. After 40 years you have lost this customer!!!

I really liked my customer service experience this evening at Kohl's. I believe that Customer Service is key to my shopping experience. My Customer Care Team member Symone~ gave exceptional above quality service assisting with sign up for promotional discounts and knowlegeable in helping me check out my items and maximizing savings. Thank you Symone~ for all your assistance and believe Kohl's should offer you a promotion soon because I see strong leadership in you and the growth you can bring to this company.

Awful. Store was messy. Took me 20 mins to check out. I stood there for 20 mins while many employees milled around and avoided assisting customers.

I have been a loyal kohl's customer for perhaps 45+ years. I am done and will never do business with this company again. I purchased over $250.00 of clothing in their store. Was not able to try them on as the dressing rooms were closed. Took the purchase home. Had 3 pair of same brand Gloria Vanderbuilt jeans, same style, same size, same color jeans. None of the 3 fit. But...all 3 fit differently! Sure enough, looked at the tags, one made in China, one made in Jordon, one made in Madagascar! Went back to the store with my original receipt and was credited 20.00 less than I paid. When I asked why, it was explained to me that I had received 20.00 Kohl's cash on that purchase. I responded that I never used the 20.00 Kohl's cash. She told me it didn't matter if I used it or not. When I asked if the 20.00 Kohl's cash was still available to me, she said it had expired. I advised her the only reason I had to return the jeans is because I was unable to try them before purchase because their fitting room was closed. She told me it didn't matter. When I confirmed " so I purchased ill-fitting, poorly manufactured clothing that I was unable to try on before buying and I will lose 20.00 on the return? She said "unfortunately yes, that's how it works."

On yesterday I called the store regarding their seasonal hiring process. A couple months ago I had been working there but missed a few shifts (was not notified of scheduled) due to being sick. I received a letter to my home stating the company policy and had the issue rectified with a lovely lady at the store in March. As of yesterday, I spoke with Rori and she canceled my phone interview and marked me ineligible for rehire for no reason at all. I've applied to a few stores since March but even after not being selected was never considered ineligible. I think this speaks volumes to some of the behavior and customer service within the store.
