This location lately doesn't have prep mayo,whipped cream,dirty food prep station machine and more during the morning prepared that been said the management have to pay more attention to this with that being, said I hope this location just take care of this matter, at the mean time I will go to another location. The staff at this location are complete robots. There is only one woman who will actually talk to you like a human being at the register. I've been coming here once, sometimes twice a day for over 2 years. There is no way the staff don't know who I am. Yet every morning, I get asked if I have a reward card. This morning, I was holding it in my hand as I approached the register to avoid the daily "reward card?" question, and I was STILL asked if I had a reward card. It's so annoying. Stop reciting the same script every day and treat your customers like actual people.

This store has gotten steadily worse over the last 3-4 years. This morning there was absolutely nothing on the condiment bar. No 20 oz Coca Colas on the shelf in the cooler, with very few bottles of Diet Coke in disarray. They very rarely staff more than one person to work the counter and have long lines.

Don't bother calling because nobody answers the phone anyway. My fiance lost his wallet. We were in Germantown by the time we realized, and I called 5 times, so we didn't have to make the drive in case we didn't need to. NOPE. No one could bother to pick up the phone. We had to make the trip. Not happy.

I appreciate that it's a gas station, but also a small grocery store! Self serve shakes, smoothies and coffees are my fav. I also appreciate the fact that this location has a carwash. The Kwik Trip closest to me doesn't have one...and it blows! (Photo included is the skies over Kwik trip as a storm was rolling out)

I went there for my lunch half our today...noon.Was looking for a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, and a container of chicken salad.I believe I asked the manager how long till the sandwiches came out, he said 10 to 15 minutes, went and checked the containers for chicken salad, gone, mind you this is at lunch...I only have a half hour...Pretty sad.Place needs to step up their game.

This location is slowly growing on me. However, the employees keep the store clean. There are a few friendly ones that'll speak and ones that won't. There have been some days the line is very long with only one cashier working, which I'm not used to happening with Kwik trip service. Overall, I've been treated with respect

Being a regular customer and buying thousands of dollars of gas here over the years (silver spring and Lilly road) I tried to get the free beer that they advertised. Manager said they were out and couldn't help me. Will avoid Kwik Trip when ever I can going forward. Now you've Lost a customer over a can of beer. False advertising. I've been played for a sucker. Their management team is obviously not skilled enough for the job, likely a liar or lazy and maybe stupid.

I don't do reviews on gas stations, but I have to commend this place on how well it's ran. Excellent customer service, staffs are always polite. Every time I've made a stop, they're always stocked with hot to-go food.
